Ingredients:

  • 8 TBS paprika
  • 3 TBS cayenne
  • 5 TBS freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 TBS garlic powder
  • 3 TBS onion powder
  • 6 TBS salt
  • 2½ TBS dried oregano
  • 2½ TBS dried thyme

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Blend well.
Store in an airtight container in your spice cabinet for up to 3 months.

This is really good I have been using it for awhile, I do omit the salt this way I control how much salt that I put in my dishes.

I'd like to try this with a little powdered cornmeal lightly dusted towards the end of the broiling. Great basic recipe!
